So what does a food safety audit entail?

Prior to conducting an External Food Safety Audit, BJPM will provide you with an audit plan and Food Safety Audit checklist. The purpose of an audit checklist is to help you prepare for the audit and allows you to collate and check all of the information you need for the audit.
